Original research

How did Super.com fares compare across the US routes we tested?

Across our August 2026 check, Super.com was tested on 31 routes from United States against 1,550 fares. It returned a fare on 28 of those routes — 90% coverage — and on 23, or 74%, its best price sat within 25% of the cheapest fare found on that same route. That pattern follows the product: Super.com is a savings app that sells flights alongside hotels, attractions, car rental, cashback and prescription discounts, and much of its discounting is tied to Super+, a membership its own terms price at $15 a month, auto-renewing and non-refundable, with trials converting to paid unless cancelled. Its flight terms describe a search platform — the booking is made directly with the airline, and Super.com states it is not a contractual party, directing disputes to the carrier. So check whether the price you see assumes Super+, note the renewal date, and reconfirm the itinerary with the operating carrier once your ticket number arrives.

Super.com: the questions buyers actually ask

Who actually issues my ticket when I book a flight through Super.com?

Super.com's flight terms describe it as a search platform: the booking is made directly with the flight provider — the airline — and Super.com states it is not a contractual party to your booking, directing disputes to the carrier. The ordinary precaution is to reconfirm your itinerary and ticket number with the operating airline once the confirmation arrives.

What is Super+, and do I need it to get the price I see?

Super+ is Super.com's paid membership, priced in its terms at $15 per month. Much of the app's saving is tied to it, so before you pay, check whether the rate you are looking at assumes membership. The subscription auto-renews and is non-refundable, and free trials convert to paid unless you cancel, so note the renewal date.

What happens if I need to change or cancel a Super.com flight?

Because the flight booking is made directly with the airline and Super.com's terms say it is not a contractual party, changes, cancellations and refunds follow the carrier's fare rules. Read the fare conditions before you buy — especially on the cheapest tickets — and keep the airline's booking reference so you can contact the carrier directly.

Why do some listings still call Super.com "SnapTravel"?

The company launched in April 2016 as SnapTravel, a hotel-deal service over SMS and messaging apps, and renamed itself Super Travel in October 2022 when parent Snapcommerce became Super. Traces remain: the iOS bundle identifier is com.snaptravel.core and the App Store seller of record is Wise Travel Inc., which has no connection to Wise plc, the money-transfer company.

Is Super.com only a flight site?

No. It is a consumer savings app: hotels, flights, attractions and car rental sit alongside prescription discounts, cashback and rewards, plus the Super.com Card, a secured charge card and deposit account issued by Republic Bank & Trust Company. Its terms are governed by Delaware law and include binding arbitration with a class-action waiver, which you can opt out of.

About the provider

Super.com

Super.com is a consumer savings and travel app operated by Snapcommerce Holdings, Inc. DBA Super.com; related entity names appear in its own documents, with Travel Service Terms naming Snapcommerce, Inc. and its prescription terms Snapcommerce Technologies Inc. It was founded in April 2016 by Hussein Fazal and Henry Shi as SnapTravel, a hotel-deal service delivered over SMS and messaging apps; in October 2022 SnapTravel became Super Travel and the parent Snapcommerce became Super, so older press and app metadata still carry the earlier names — the iOS bundle is com.snaptravel.core and the App Store seller of record is Wise Travel Inc. (no connection to Wise plc, the money-transfer firm). The app sells hotels, flights, attractions and car rental alongside prescription discounts, cashback, rewards and the Super.com Card, a secured charge card and deposit account issued by Republic Bank & Trust Company. Its terms are governed by Delaware law.

One app, several kinds of saving

Flights sit next to hotels, attractions and car rental, plus cashback, rewards and prescription discounts. If you already use Super.com for those, the flight search lives somewhere you visit anyway, with no extra account to open.

The airline holds your ticket

Super.com's own flight terms describe a search platform: the booking is made directly with the airline. That means your ticket, fare rules and any schedule change are handled by the carrier that actually flies you.

Membership pricing you can check

Super.com's terms put Super+ at $15 a month. Because it auto-renews and is non-refundable, it takes a moment to confirm whether the fare you are looking at assumes membership and to note when the renewal falls.
