Sky-tours returned a result on 25 of those routes (96%), and on 21 routes (81%) its price landed within 25% of the lowest fare we found on that same route. That position follows from the model: Sky-tours describes itself as a travel mediation service and expressly not a co-vendor, so the fare shown is an airline fare arranged through the portal, and the transport contract forms between you and the carrier once the ticket is issued. The portal charges separately for its own work: its terms publish US$20 per passenger for customer-requested changes or cancellations, US$60 for refund inquiries after a no-show, US$20 for a name correction on top of the airline's fee, and US$5 per booking.
